【 摘 要 】
This text analyzes the signifying matter of an intentional gesture with volatile consequences: a provocation. It is part of the eventful history of the Tunisian (post-)revolution. It questions the way in which the image of the naked body of a stranger, suddenly mediatized to the point of becoming an icon of protest, publicly imposes itself as an embarrassing difference that seeks its place in a destabilized community of belonging. This provocation has not only revived a questioning of the evolution of Tunisian morals, it has also led to a re-examination of the conditions for the public expression of difference in a context of rampant moralism. The chains of interpretation resulting from this mediatization, in which this article takes part, then allow us to take a look at the way in which a certain number of themes have been revived: disarray of the young generations, fear of the feminine, the powers of patriarchy, the commitment of the body and intimacy in the public space (traduction deepl.com).
