【 摘 要 】

This article aims to analyze the legal situation of the lawyer as an intellectual worker, both as regards the protection of labor standards, and in relation to copyright protection of intellectual works produced as a result of employment - permeating questions relating to object of protection of the Copyright Law and the ownership of the economic rights in the work created.
