【 摘 要 】
Supercritical fluid extraction (SFE) of liquid samples can be considered a new prospective method, which has not yet been utilized in the field of beer analysis. In the article, basic principles of supercritical fluid extraction are explained and a brief literary outline of its applications in related branches is given.
