【 摘 要 】

Аrticle is devoted to problems of efficiency of supervision of observance of the rights and freedoms of the person and the citizen, observance of laws on these questions by executive authorities, local government, their official and officials. Prospects of expansion of human rights capacity of prosecutor’s office in the conditions of return to the Constitution of Ukraine are estimated at editions of 2004. The ratio of functions of supervision of observance of the rights and freedoms of the person and the citizen and supervision of observance and application of laws is considered. Offers concerning increase of efficiency of public prosecutor’s supervision of observance of the rights and freedoms of the person and the citizen, observance of laws on these questions executive authorities, local government, their official and officials are formulated.
