【 摘 要 】
The paper addresses the perspective of Kemerovo Region image transformation. The author grounds the necessity of system approach in the process of regional branding in order to attract new investors and tourists streams to Kuzbass. The research objective is the exposure of the factor which is able to serve as a base for the regional image creation. The main results of the research are the following: the structural components of regional image have been defined, the approach to regional image creation, based on the significant historical fact has been proposed. There were a number of military hospitals during the Great Patriotic war in Kemerovo. The means of realization of the military hospital museum project in Kemerovo are described. The conclusion is that the proposed project promotes regional image creation with the help of the natural and cultural heritage.
