【 摘 要 】

In the article was made an analysis of the functioning of tourism in the Atlantic coast of the Buenos Aires Province. In the first part was made an characteristics of the natural conditions and history of tourist development in the coastline of the Buenos Aires Province. In the second part of the work was made an analysis of the tourist accommodation and tourist movement development. The results show the very important role of tourism for the coast localities of Buenos Aires Province. It is confirmed by the highest tourist development and movement indicators in the country. The tourist movement in the Buenos Aires Province is concentrated in historically formed tourist destinations and is strongly interrelated with the communications availability, distance from Buenos Aires and from the major coastal destinations as Mar del Plata, Villa Gesell, Miramar and with climate conditions.
