【 摘 要 】

In this paper we intend to present a few concepts related to the theme of our research which focuses on “the organizational discourse” and some of the essential characteristics of organizational discourse. At the same time, we want to demonstrate the functionality and the contribution of the organizational discourse in enhancing organizational performance.
