The role of GIS in environmental activities is very important. Integral GIS functionality in the most explicitly manifested favorable to the success of collaborative interdisciplinary research. This paper describes the use of geographic information system ArcGis 10.1 in conjunction with geochemical researches geosystems technogenic origin.
