【 摘 要 】
The purpose of the study was to explore the relationship between staffs’ empowerment and organizational learning. The research method was descriptive-correlation. The statistical population included all the personnels in education offices (607) people. Using Morgan table the sample size was 242 people. To gather the data, two researcher made questionnaires were used. The data were analyzed by using the Pearson product-moment correlation technique, ANOVA and multiple regression .The results showed that there was a significant relationship between personals’ empowerment and organizational learning.
