【 摘 要 】

Theobjectiveoftheprojectistoavoidthefoodadulterationinpublicsociety.Peoplewantawarenessonfoodchainmanagement.Theblockchainisusedtotracethefooditemscanbeidentifiedbythepacketbacksideispackingdate,expirydate,packingplace,ingredientsareaddedetclikethateachandeverythingscanidentified.Adetailednetworksecurityofblockchainanalysisisperformanceoftheinvestigationtocapturethevulnerabilityoftamperproofofthedigital database in proposed architecture under different types of attacks called hackers. The organisation as decided that to create the food safety on the public society. The company will collect the product from farmer then the manufacturer will produce the product then the distributer will buy the product from manufacturer. The consumer will buy the product from distributer through the online transaction with the help of blockchain. Scanning the QR code will get the details of the foodproduct.Nowadayspeoplearesufferingfromthefoodborneillness.Toavoidthefoodborneillnesswearetracingthefood in many items starting from the farmer to the consumer.To trace the food items are updating in the blockchain.
