【 摘 要 】
This paper presents a reusable microfluidic analysis system for point-of-care diagnostics of inflammation parameters in blood serum. Detection is achieved by using a mass sensitive quartz sensor. Immobilized specific antibody fragments designed for the parameter under consideration act as capture molecules on the surface of the quartz resonator. The sensor is integrated into a microfluidic system made of polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS). An additional component of the analysis system is an affinity chromatography unit filled with beads which is used to purify and concentrate the analyte. For this purpose the beads are coated with a sensitive layer in a similar way as the sensor surface. Active pH-sensitive hydrogel valves, which control the flow of solutions according to the analysing process, are integrated into the system.
