【 摘 要 】
The research is devoted to the system configurations investigation for local heating of a diaphragm spring by induction method. The developed problem-oriented 3D model allowed to investigate the influence of geometric, electrical and positional parameters during electromagnetic heat treatment processing of a product. In particular, data are given for variations in the number of fingers of the diaphragm spring, changing the fingers lengths, adjusting the fingers bend zone with the setting of the heating mode. The main ratios of the heated pattern geometry and the final temperature distributions are established. Heating is carried out by using both longitudinal and transverse flux. The prospect of the development is connected to compromise solutions searching in determining the various approaches suitability to heat treatment of products with azimuthal periodicity and complex shape.
