【 摘 要 】

The main purposes of training and development in an organization correspond to the suitability ofpeopletotheirculture,changingnon-value-addedattitudes,developingskillsand adaptability to cope with the evolution and modernization of the organization. Therefore, this articleaimstoevaluatethelevelofemployeessatisfactionregardingthetrainingand development provided by a multinational company in the field of truck andbus dealerships located in Cuiabá-MT. A Likert scale was used, with interviews in two administrative and operationalsectors,totaling44employees. Thedata werecomparedwiththe distribution hypothesis, T student test, being estimated in Microsoft Excel version 2010. The statistical results showed that the training and development practices applied by the analyzed company are being satisfactory in the opinion of the employees.
