【 摘 要 】

Financialisation impacts firms but also households. Banking norms and rules of access and use involve difficulties wich could lead people to poverty and social exclusion. A framework based on concepts elaborated by one of the pioneer of American Institutionalism, J.R. Commons (institution, futurity, going concern, reasonable capitalism) help to think how to articulate the social role of financial products and services and financial firms with the constraint of the free market regulation of financial firms.
