【 摘 要 】

In this study, problems related to strategic planning process which is a recent application in educational field and a compulsory for secondary schools is analysed. In this term, as being leaders, organizators and motivators, the school principals’ opinions regarding the application of strategic planning have been analyzed. At the end of the ınterviews with the principals in preorganized schools, it is found out that they don’t know much about the strategic planning and so that they couldn’t fulfill the necessities of the strategic planning
