【 摘 要 】

The article begins by exploring an Aristotelian application of universal law to particular concrete cases from Peru, and subsequently comparing that approach with the aesthetics of the third Kantian critique.  Both the virtue of prudence and reflexive judgment allow us to distinguish between technical and moral rationality, and to reveal the mediating role of law in the formation of a universal political will.
