【 摘 要 】

This article deals with formal education actions in the framework of Brazilian companies, showing their importance as one of the conditions to define employability and competitiveness standards. To this extent, it focuses on the weight of demands for the world of labor to define programs and projects geared to expand the labor force’s education level. This is a key factor in developing new professional qualifications and competences.
