【 摘 要 】

This article investigates the linkages among the relational partnership and the learning organization with the development of operations generic capabilities. The research problem is defined like: How are the contribution of the relational partnership and learning organization into building the organization capabilities that compose the operation strategy? Trying to answer it three hypotheses are formulated and the specific structural equation model is building to serve of reference to analyze them. The designed hypotheses are supported by theory that attempts to explain these linkages. The variables of the proposal model are oriented to describe the sources of knowledge have been using by organization, and take that there are processes of learning, individual and organizational, in order to convert the knowledge. The external and the internal learning could be converted into operation strategy capabilities. Applying the survey research to measure these variables, the results that have gotten show to relevant discovery, besides confirmed partially the proposal model.
