【 摘 要 】

The article aims to determine the quality of the service provided to the athlete by the instructors in gyms in the city of Coro, specifically in the Atlantis Gym. The research was based on the positivist paradigm of descriptive type with a non - xperimental field design. With a population of 10 instructors surveyed under the Likert scaling of 18 replies of five alternative answers. Among the main conclusions we have is that the gyms studied, are placed in a category of good quality in the service provided to the client, as they meet the expectations of the athletes, but not excellent or perfect. Respondents say they feel safe in the gym facilities, with routines assigned by the instructor, personalized attention of the instructors, but not with the supplement s instructed by the instructor.
