【 摘 要 】
« What you aspire to as revolucionaries is a master. You will get one ». Lacan’s bitter prediction adressed to the students of Vincennes remains in our memory of May 68 as an emblematic sentence meaning a missed encounter between psychoanalysis and revolution. This paper argues that the Lacanian’s theory of four discourses leads to a reconceptualization of political action which hurts the utopian slogan of « unfettered enjoyment » claimed by students. At the heart of this misunderstanding is the university: on the students side, the pun « unis-vers-Cythère » points out the transfiguration of the university into a mythical place of sexual liberation; on Lacan’s side, the discourse of the university formalises the new face of capitalism without borders, backed by knowledge in the dominant position of all-knowledge. At stake is the political dimension of psychoanalysis.
