【 摘 要 】
The article discusses how Russia is included in the process of globalization and the majority of countries is focused on the creation of an information society with its significant innovative component.. Creation of an effective innovation system will allow Russia to ensure stable economic growth. But for that our country needs to pass a distant and difficult way, because until now we borrow innovations abroad, and in the Global Innovation Index, we only 43 place. Knowledge as a resource in the knowledge economy are an endless source of development. They are closely intertwined with the scientific and technical progress, which is essential for economic development. As the development of the knowledge economy is inseparable from the science, which is the most important productive force, so that the basic technology knowledge-intensive nature of the purchase. In today's world it has become evident the need for cooperation of science and business, which is why many companies have research departments, the so-called R & D. Just another point of intersection of science and innovation-based economy is education. The development of new scientific methods and technologies lead to a revision of educational programs, it follows that the relationship of science and innovation-based economy is happening on the state level.
