【 摘 要 】

Capital account liberalization createdpremises and allow Romania for final exit from thefinancial crisis. Promoting direct investment inRomania can lead to sustainable economic growth,create new jobs and thus, by selling labor set up newforms of saving, which will support investments.Banking ethics elements behind the development ofdirect investments in Romania are legislation,regulation and behavior of participants. Amid anemerging economy rocked by the global financialcrisis, capital account liberalization has allowedentry direct investment, but allowed and the capitalflight.
