【 摘 要 】

Increasing the capacity of the mechanical shock's energy dissipation isthe main objective in design of protective structures. Article brings tothe forefront the idea of increasing the amount of energy dissipated bysimultaneously deformation and friction of the structural elements. Inthis context, some experimental results are presented and some aspectsof finite element modeling of the behavior of such systems. Atthe end of the article are drawn some conclusions on the implementationof such systems in protective structures
