【 摘 要 】

Nowadays,thetendencyoftheteaching-learningprocessesspinsaroundstrategiesfocused on the students, acknowledging them as persons that participate actively in their professional and personal training. In this sense, the strategy of clinic simulation bysimulateduserstransformsintoamethodofdidacticteachingthatallowstheachievementofsignificantlearningonashort-andlong-termbasisofprofessionalcompetences for the individual. The intent that pursues this study is to establish the perception the university students have concerning the clinical simulation as a learning strategy for the acquisition of transversal competences. Methodologically, this study is framed under a quantitative approach, not experimental design, of descriptive type andtemporaltransversality.Thesampleisnotprobabilistic, compriseofthirteenstudents of the fifth grade of the Occupational Therapy career with a M=24 years and DT = 1,000. The results show, that in the three dimensions studied: (1) strategies of clinical simulation as a method of teaching, (2) strategies of clinical simulation as the acquisitionofcompetences,and(3)strategiesofclinicalsimulationwiththeinteractionofpersonsintheprofessionalinternship,thestudentsachievehighpercentagesofpositiveperceptions.Itisconcludedthattheuniversitystudentsacknowledge a positive impact of the clinical simulated internship as an efficient tool in their training and learning processes of transversal competences.
