【 摘 要 】

Three-dimensional (3D) real property has been the subject of increased research activity during the last decade. This articlecontinuesthediscussionsofthelegalframeworksessions at the 4th international workshop on 3D cadastres in Dubai 2014 in order to further develop and analyse the legal concepts of 3D real property, and presents an overview of experiences from 3D property use and registration. The outcomeisintendedtoinitiatediscussionsonthelegalframeworkof3Dcadastresandaimsatidentifyingthemaintopicsconcerningthelegalaspectsof3Dpropertyand cadastre.
