【 摘 要 】
The human microbiome has been a topic of interest for both research and clinical applicationsin recent decades. However, the considerable gut microbial variation observed across humanpopulations poses a challenge in terms of targeted interventions. Diet (1), exercise (2), age (3),ancestry (4), and geographic latitude (5) all influence the composition of the gut microbiome. Theindividualized nature of microbiome compositions makes responses to modulatory interventions, including probiotics, prebiotics, and fecal microbiota transplantation, subject-specific (6).
