【 摘 要 】

Synthesis of a series of 8-phenylthiazolo[4,5- e ][1,2,4]triazolo[1,5- c ]pyrimidin-5(4 H )-one and 5-piperazino-8-phenylthiazolo[4,5- e ][1,2,4]triazolo[1,5- c ]pyrmidine compounds with promising biological activity is described.
