【 摘 要 】
Myofascialpainsyndromesareaprevalentcauseamongthepatientswithcompliantofpain.Theyalsocanmanifestasmigrainetypeheadache,tinnitus,nauseaandvomiting.Thepurposeofthisarticleistoexplaintheroleofphysicalmedicineexamsandrehabilitativeexercicesindiagnosisandtreatmentofheadacheswithmyofascialorigin,andalsotoremindthattheyshouldbeconsideredasapossibleetiologywhenworkupstudiesforheadachearenormal.
