【 摘 要 】
Introduction:Zincisamicroelementthatrecentlyhasbeenmorestudiedinhumandevelopmentandpregnancyoutcome.theaimofstudyistoassessifsupplementationofzincduringpregnancymayimproveinfancygrowthanddevelopmentalparameters.MaterialsandMethods:190infantsintwodifferentgroups(exposedandnonexposed)followedviaahistoricalcohortstudy6-9monthstoassesstheirgrowthanddevelopment.Weassessedthembymeasuringofanthropometricindicators,andalsoweusedDDSTII(Denverdevelopmentalscoringtest)forevaluatingtheirdevelopmentalstatus.Results:therewerenosignificantdifferencesbetweenanthropometricindicatorsamongexposedandnonexposedgroup(P>0.0S),butexposedgroupshowed,significantlyhighpercentofadvancedscoreofdevelopment(p
