【 摘 要 】
Orderednanoripplesontheniobium-dopedSrTiO3nbsp;surfaceswerefabricatedthroughfocusedionbeambombardment.ThesurfacemorphologyoftheSrTiO3nbsp;nanorippleswascharacterizedusinginsitufocusedionbeam/scanningelectronmicroscopy.Thewell-alignedSrTiO3nbsp;nanostructureswereobtainedunderoptimizedionirradiationconditions.Thecharacteristicwavelengthwasmeasuredasabout210nmfordifferentionbeamcurrents.TherelationshipbetweentheionirradiationtimeandcurrentandSrTiO3nbsp;surfacemorphologywasanalyzed.ThepresentedmethodwillbeaneffectivesupplementforfabricationofSrTiO3nanostructuresthatcanbeusedforferroelectricandelectronicapplications.
