【 摘 要 】
ZnOnano-particlesweresynthesizedviaanammonicalammoniumcarbonatesolutionbyprecipitationmethodinpresenceofsomeadditivessuchasurea,oleicandstearicacid.Themorphologyandcrystallinityoftheobtainedzincoxideparticlesdependcriticallyonthetypeofadditivewhichwasused.Additivesalsoaffectedthecrystalorientationofprecipitatenano-particles.SEM,XRD,BETandUV-visiblewereusedtocharacterizemorphology,microstructure,specificsurfaceareaandopticalpropertiesoftheproducts.Photo-catalysispropertiesoftheas-preparedZnOpowderswereevaluatedbydegradationofmethylred(acidred)inaqueoussolutionexposedtoUV-light.Resultssuggestedacloserelationshipamongthemorphology,sizeandsurfaceareaonphoto-catalysisandopticalpropertiesoftheparticles.ThewidestEgvalue(3.56eV),highestdegradationanddecolorizationefficiency(99%)wereobtainedfromasamplewiththesmallestgrainsize(largestsurfacearea)whichwereusedureaasanadditive.
