【 摘 要 】
nbsp;Inthisletteraformationofsolutionbasedofbulk-heterojunctionbasedonfreestandingsiliconnanocrystals(Si-ncs)andconjugated((poly(3-hexylthiophene)(P3HT)polymerisdemonstrated.SurfactantfreeSi-ncspreparedbylow-costelectrochemicaletchingareappliedforfabricationofbulk-heterojunctionandphoto-conductiveblends.Weshowthattheoptimumblendperformanceisat40wt%nanocrystallitesconcentrationwithintheP3HTpolymermatrix.Furthermore,weillustratethatsolarcelltransportpropertiescanbeimprovedbynanosecondlaserfragmentationofthenanocrystallitesmicrograinsinethanol.Itarguesthatnbsp;theSi-ncs/polymerblendwithrefinenanocrystalinestructuremayimpactthedevelopmentoflow-costsolarcellsbyenvironmental-friendlymean.
