【 摘 要 】

Theaimofthisarticleistounderstandthevariouscomplicationsregardingtheuseofmicro-implantsthatcanoccurduringinsertionandafterinsertion.Theintroductionofthemicroimplantsinorthodontics,theorthodonticmechanicalfacilitated,allowingadequateboneanchoringallowsmodificationofthedentalproblemsfromsustainedforcesgeneratingonafixedaxis.Microscrewsareaninexpensive,easytoinstallandremoveelement.aliteraturereviewofdifferentarticlesonmicro-implants,clinicaluse,theadvantagesareanalyzed,disadvantagesandpossiblecomplicationsmainlyperformed.Currentlyaredesignedimplantsofsmalldimensionsinordertoplacetheminanyareaoftheoralcavityandespeciallyininterdentalareas,butasanydevicethatisinsertedintotheoralcavityisnecessarytomakeathoroughradiographicexaminationasyoucangettoperforatethefollowingtheplacementadjacentandperforationhavebeenreported,periodontallesionandrejectionofimplantsteeth.Itwasconcludedthattheinsertionproceduremicroscrewsissosimple,whichallowsitsuseeveninclinicalsituationshavedecreasedtoothsupport,butiftheproperprotocolisperformedpossiblycomplicationsariseduring,subsequenttotheirplacementandeventheremoval.
