【 摘 要 】

:Traumaticinjuriesarecommonintheprimarydentitionandareoneofthemainreasonsforconsultingdentist.Intrusivedislocationsaresevereinjuriesthatcausedamagetotheaffectedtooth,itssupportingtissuesandeventhepermanentsuccessortoothgerm,itsprevalenceishighandusuallyoccurinchildrenunder3years.Todaytheyareconsideredanemergencytraumathatmustbehandledwithcautiontominimizeanypost-traumaticcomplicationsespeciallyinthepermanentteethadjacenttothetraumatizedarea,forwhichtheauthoritymustmakeaproperdiagnosisbasedonhistorythoroughclinicalandradiographicexaminationtoestablishanappropriatetreatmentplanwhichwillaimtopreventthepossibledamagetopermanentteethaswellasmanagingthepatient#39;ssystemiccondition(pain,inflammation,infection).
