【 摘 要 】
Gyromitraesculenta(Pers.)Fr.hasmanymorphologicallyandmicroscopicallydifferentspecimens.Sometimesthesemorphologicallydifferentspecimensarecalledasadifferenttaxon.Inthisstudyacollectionof143Gyromitraesculentaspecimenswereanalyzedusingmacroscopicandmicroscopicfeatures.Thentengroupswereobtainedwhicharepotentiallyconfusablebecauseofmorphologicalandmicroscopicalvariations.nrDNAITSandtranslationelongationfactor(EF-1α)genesareusedtodeterminemoleculardifferentiationsbetweenthesegroups.MorchellaDill.exPers.spp.wereusedasoutgroups.nrDNAITSregionoftendifferentgroupsgivethreephylogeneticallydistinctgroups.Betweenthesegroupsnucleotidepolymorphismratioisnearly%1.EF-1αgenedoesn’tconsistofanypolymorphismandnotinformative.AlsointraspecificITSnucleotidepolymorphismratioinGyromitrainfula(Schaeff.)Quél.andGyromitragigas(Krombh.)CookewhicharetakenfromGenbankisnearly%1too.So,weconcludeecologicalfactorscausemorphologicalandmicroscopicalvariantsofGyromitraesculenta.
