【 摘 要 】
ThermopsisturcicaKitTan,VuralKucukoduk(Fabaceae)isarareandendemicTurkishspeciesgrownaroundAksehirLakeandEberLakeofthesouthernareasofCentralAnatolia.T.turcicahasagynoeciumof2-4functionalcarpels.ThischaracteristicofT.turcicaisuniqueinthesubfamilyPapilioideaeofFabaceae.Althoughthisgenotypeisvaluableasfemaleplants,todatethereisnoconsiderationgiventothefertilizationbiologyofT.turcica.Inthepresentstudy,2populationsofspeciesT.turcica(EberandAksehirpopulations)wereused.SelfingandreciprocalcrossesbetweentwopopulationsofT.turcicawereperformedatNezahatGokyigitBotanicalGardenduringthepollinationperiodbetweenMayandJune2012.Pistilsampleswerecollectedfromthe1thto10thdayofthepollinationwithoutdamagingthepopulation.AllpistilscollectedwerefixedinFPA-70solutionandstoredat+4°Cuntilmicroscopicobservations.Pistilsampleswerestainedwithanilineblue.Afterstaining,pistilswerecutintotwoparts(stigmawithstyleandovary)andwerefurthercutlongitudinally,splitintotwoparts.Allsampleswereobservedunderafluorescentmicroscope.Inallthirdday-oldsamplesofT.turcica(bothofself-andreciprocalcrossedsamples),ovulefertilizationwasobserved.Basedonhistologicalanalysis’sresults,allsamplesofT.turcicahavebeenclearlyidentifiedasself-compatible.
