【 摘 要 】

Pigmentsarefrequentlyuseinmedicine,food,pharmacology,cosmetic,inkandtextilepreparations.Cyanobacteriahaveagreatpotentialforuseaspigmentproducer,becausetheyareeasytogrowwithsimplenutrientrequirements,unlikeothermicrobialsystemsandadditionallyhavealargenumberofpigment.Cyanobacteriaproducesomepigmentssuchaschlorophyll-a,carotenoids,phycobiliproteins.Inaddition,cyanobacteriacanfixfreeatmosphericnitrogen.Environmentalconditionsaffectthecyanobacterialgrowthandpigmentproduction.Herbicidesusecommonlyinpaddyfields.Becauseofthis,herbicidescanaffecttonon-targetmicroorganismssuchascyanobacteria.Inthisstudy,productionofsomepigmentsbyAnabaenasp.GO10werestudiedusingdifferentherbicidesinBG-11medium.Asherbicide,fenoxaprop-p-ethylandcyhalofop-butylusedinthisstudy.Inthiswork,differentherbicideconcentrationswereappliedonpigmentproduction.Initialfenoxaprop-p-ethylconcentrations(6,25mg/L)stimulatedchlorophyll-a,β-caroten,phycocyaninandallophycocyanincontents.Butincreasingherbicideconcentrationssuppressedtotheallofpigmentcontents.TheallofpigmentcontentsofAnabaenasp.GO10completelysuppressedby100mg/Lfenoxaprop-p-ethylconcentration.Theotherherbicideiscyhalofop-butyl.Initialcyhalofop-butylconcentrationspartlystimulatedthepigmentcontents.But,thepigmentcontentsofAnabaenasp.GO10increasedsharplyby25mg/Lcyhalofop-butylconcentrations.TheallofpigmentcontentsofAnabaenasp.GO10completelyrepressedby400mg/Lcyhalofop-butylconcentrations.
