【 摘 要 】
Cryptosporidiumspp.wereidentifiedinwatersamplescollectedfromRiverMeletinOrduProvincebyLoopMediatedIsothermalAmplification(LAMP).ThewatersamplesareregularlytakeneverymonthfromRiverMeletwheremixtheseapoint(M-1),nearsolidwastestoragearea(M-2),Ordu-Giresunonthehighwaybridgelocation(M-3),nearthecity'sindustry(M-4)andinthecityout(M-5)fromDecember,2010toNovember,2011.60watersampleswereflocculatedbyAluminumSulfateandtheywereusedforthecountingofCryptosporidiumsp.oocystsbyModifiedAcid-Fast(MAF).Thehighestnumberofsampleswerepurifiedbysucrose-gradientandDNAwereextractedforLAMPassay.ThenumberofoocycstsdecreasedintheformofM-3,M-4,M-2,M-1veM-5,respectivelyinfivestationsofRiverMelet.Thesixwatersamplesfrompersite,whichisthehighestnumbersofoocystsbyMAF,wereanalyzedbyLAMPandtheywerefoundpositive.Orduhasrichwaterresources,but,theavailabilityofthemhavebeenreducedbecauseofthewastewatersdischargeofriverandseadirectlywithoutprocessing.Parasitesmovetorivers,lakesandstreamsbyrainfallinthisarea.Thereby,thedrinking,agricultureandrecreationaluseofwaterisimportanttoidentifypotentialriskfactorsfortheprotectionofthepublichealth.
