【 摘 要 】

Thepurposeofthisresearchwastodeterminesomehaematologicalparametersofadultalbinoandnormallypigmentedrainbowtrout(Oncorhynchusmykiss,Salmonidae)individualsaftershort-termexposuretoabathofmalachitegreen.Attheconclusionofthestudy,significantdifferenceswereobservedinhaemoglobin(Hb),erythrocyte(RBC),leukocyte(WBC)levelsaswellasmeancellvolume(MCV)andmeancellhaemoglobin(MCH)(p<0.05)betweencontrolandexperimentsgroups.HowevernosignificantdifferenceswerefoundbetweenthetwogroupsinthelevelsofpHandMeancellhaemoglobinconcentration(MCHC)(p>0.05)duringexposuretothemalachitegreen.Itwasalsodeterminedthattheshorttermimmersioninthebathofmalachitegreencausedasignificantincreaseinmeancellvolume(MCV),meancorpuscularhaemoglobin(MCH),meancorpuscularhaemoglobinconcentration(MCHC),aslightdecreaseinhaemoglobin(Hb)andhaematocrit(Ht);andapronounceddecreaseinredbloodcell(RBC)andwhitebloodcell(WBC)levels..
