【 摘 要 】
Studieswerecarriedoutontheenzymeactivitiesofthemarine-derivedfungusAlternariaalternatacultivatedinvariousagro-wastes.Thefungusproducedcellulase,xylanase,pectinaseandlaccasebybothsolid-statfermentation(SSF)andsubmergedfermentation(SMF)techniquesondifferentagriculturalwastes.Thelevelofcellulase,xylanase,pectinaseandlaccaseproductionbySSF(9.68,24.84,52.5and1126.62U/gsolidsubstrate,respectively)onwheatbranafter10daysofincubation,whichconsideredhigherthanthatobtainedbySMF(2.61,16.31,35.28and531.94U/gsolidsubstrate,respectively).Thehighestextractionyieldofcellulaseandxylanasewasachievedwithdistilledwaterwhilethehighestpectinaseandlaccaseextractionwasobtainedwithacetatebuffer(0.05M,pH5).Therefore,thehighenzymeproductionalongwiththeverylowcostofthesubstrate,showedthesuitabilityofthesystemA.alternata-SSFforindustrialpurposes,especiallyfortheuseoftheseenzymesinbiotechnologicalprocessesinhighsaltconcentrationconditions.
