【 摘 要 】
Cyanobacterialdominanceinlakeshasreceivedmuchattentioninthepastbecauseoffrequentbloomformationinlakesofhighertrophiclevels.Studyarea(LakeKovada)hasbeenusedforrecreationalpurposes;fishing,swimming,gardenwateringetc.Asfartoourknowledge,cyanobacterialoccurrence,especiallyMicrocystisaeruginosadominanceinthelakeneverhasbeenreportedbefore.HenceintracellularmicrocystinanalyseswereperformedbyimmunoassayfromfiltratesampleswhereMaeruginosaobservedhighinnumbers.Intotaleighteenspeciesbelongingto10generawereidentifiedinthelake.SomeindicatorsofwaterqualityinLakeKovadawerealsomeasuredinordertocharacterisethetrophicstatusofthelake.Anaverageof6monthsforsolublereactivephosphateanalysiswasmeasuredas109.8±0.04μgl-1.Thesefindingsareevenexceedingthelimitsfortotalphosphateconcentrationtocontrolcyanobacterialbloomandmeanammoniawasdetected668±58μgl-1.WaterqualitycriteriaforfreeNH3wassuggestedtobe20μgl-1byUSEPA.Accordingtotheresultswhichwereobtainedfromthewaterqualityanalyses,thelakewaterispollutedandunderriskofbeinghighlypopulatedwithcyanobacteria.Theeffectivemonitoringprogrammesforthereductionofcyanobacterialtoxinproblemsinwatersrequiretheidentificationanduseofappropriateguidelinesworldwide.
