【 摘 要 】

Theeffectsoftwodifferentkindsofwastewatersamples,takenfromoliveoilandmilkindustrywereinvestigatedinthemitoticcelldivisioninonion(Alliumcepa)roottipcellsduringgermination.Ourpretreatmentsshowedthatoliveoilindustrialwastewaterwasmoretoxicthanmilkindustrialwastewater.Thusweprepareddifferentconcentrationsofmilkindustrialwastewatersolutions(100%,75%,50%,25%)andoliveoilindustrialwastewatersolutions(20%,10%,5%,2.5%)usingmodifiedHoaglandnutrientsolution.ControlgroupsweregerminatedinmodifiedHoaglandnutrientsolution.Asaresultalltheconcentrationsusedcausedseveralabnormalitiesinmitoticcelldivisionsanddecreasedthemitoticfrequencyintheonionroottipcells.Chromosomalbridges,laggardchromosome,polarslipandlackofcytokinesisandsomeotherabnormalitieswereobservedindifferentphasesofmitosis.Furthermore,wealsoobservedthenegativeeffectsofwastewatersamplesonchromatincondensationintheinterphase.
