【 摘 要 】

Inthisstudy,morphologicalandanatomicalcharacteristicsofHieraciumlasiochaetum(Bornm.Zahn)SellWest,anendemicspecies,wereinvestigated.Morphologicalfeatureslikeleafshape,styluscolourandindumentumwerefoundtobeastaxonomicallyimportantinthisspecies.Inanatomicalinvestigations,cross-sectionsoftheroot,stem,leafandpetioleandthesurfacesectionsofleaveswereexamined.Ithasbeenobservedthatstemandpetiolehaveadistinctcollenchymalayer.Theleafisdorsiventral(bifacial)andhypostomatic.Stomacellsareanomocytic.Additionally,seedsandtrichomesofthespecieswereexaminedbyscanningelectronmicroscope(SEM).Theprimarysculptureoftheachenesappearstobereticulatetype.Trichomestypearesimpleorstellateeglandularandglandular.
