【 摘 要 】
Inthisstudy,theeffectsofdiazinononmorphologyandsexratioinadultindividualsofDrosophilamelanogasterwereinvestigated.DiazinonsolutionwasappliedtoDrosophilamelanogasterbymeansofnutrition.IntheF1andF2generation,quitealotphenotypicabnormalitieswereseen.Therefore,theinheritanceofthemutationscausedbydiazinonwereinvestigated.Forthispurpose,individualswithnormalandabnormalphenotypes,whichdevelopedinculturemediumcontainingdiazinon,werecrossedandasecondF2generationwasobtained.Highlevelofphenotypicabnormalitywasfoundinthisgeneration,too.Basedonthedataobtainedasaresultofthistwo-waytest,itcanbeconcludedthatdiazinoncauseshereditarymutations.Althoughthereweresomedifferencesinthedataaboutsexratiothataroseduetotheeffectofdiazinon,thissituationdidnotappeartobestatisticallymeaningful.However,femaleindividualsaremoresensitivetodiazinon.
