【 摘 要 】
AselectedPseudomonasaeruginosastrainwasgrownonthebasalmediumandinspectedforrhamnolipidbiosurfactantproduction.Inordertoincreasetherhamnolipidproduction,limitationsofbothmagnesiumandironelementsinthebasalmediumweretested.TheFeconcentrationsof0.05g/Landaboveinhibitedtheincreaseinbothcellgrowthandrhamnolipidproduction.MgconcentrationhadanegligibleeffectonrhamnolipidlevelsthanFe.WhileCarbon/Mgratioswerebetween400-2000,biosurfactantconcentrationincreasedandwhenCarbon/Feratiowasabove5000,biosurfactantproductionincreaseduntiltheratioreachedaboutto105.Inadditiontothenutrients,effectsofpHandtemperaturewerealsoinvestigated.Culturebrothswereincubatedatbetween20-40oC.Maximumrhamnolipidproductionandcellgrowthwereobservedat34.5oC.OptimumpHvaluesforrhamnolipidproductionwerefoundbetween6.5-7.0.
