【 摘 要 】

Inthisstudy,suspensionofEscherichiacoliATCC25922,BacilluscereusNRRL3711andStaphylococcusaureusATCC25923wereexposedtomicrowave.Thedegreesofinactivationbythevarioustime,initialbacterialcellsamountanddifferentpowerofmicrowavewerecomparedsystematically.Maximumefficiencyofmicrowavewasobservedat60secexposuretime,1.0x108initialbacterialcells,andfullpower(900W)forE.colicells.Experimentaldatashowsthatmicrowavesapparentlyproducedlethaleffectsontheexaminedbacteriabyheatgeneratedduringmicrowaveexposure.Wateractivitywasnotchangedmicrowaveefficiencyfortheeachexaminedbacteriaunderthedeterminedoptimumconditions.
