【 摘 要 】
Inthisstudy,newapproachesforpulpingjutehavebeenevaluatedusingcausticsodaandbio-sodapulpingapproaches.Althoughcausticsodapulpshadgoodyieldandstrengthproperties,thedelignificationabilityofthesystemwaslimited.Requiringhighertemperaturesandcookingtimestoachievedesiredresidualligninaround5%.Thisresultedinyieldandstrengthlossesofthepulp.Acomparisonofpulpsfrombio-tretaedanduntretaedsamplesofjutebastat300mlCSFclearlydemonstratestheadvantageofbio-treatmentoveruntretaedsamples.Ceriporiopsissubvermisporatreatmentpriortosodapulpingsynergisticallyaffectsonligninremoval.Thesepreliminaryresultsimplythatwhite-rotfungitreatmentwaseffectiveinpulpstrengthandlowerresiduallignin.Thisimprovementisveryimportantbecausetheresiduallignininpulpshadreducingeffectsonqualityofpaperproducts.Inbio-sodapulps,thehighestburststrengthof4.2kPa.m2/gandtensilestrengthof62.7N.m/gwerefoundat2000Cand45minreactionconditions
