【 摘 要 】
ThecrystallographictextureofnacreinelevenbivalvespeciesbelongingtothesuperordersOpponobranchia,Pteriomorpha,andPaleoheterodonta,wasstudied.Ouranalysisconfirmedauniformorientationofthecrystallographicc-axesofaragoniteplateletsinallthespeciesstudied,butavariablearrangementofa-andb-axes.Newdatasuggestthattherateofalignmentofa-andb-axesfromgirdle-like(unorderednacre)toasinglecrystal-liketexture(orderednacre)differsconsiderablyamongtheanalyzedspecies.Numericalevaluationofthedataobtainedfromspecieswithorderednacrealsorevealedsystematicdifferencesintexturestrengthamongthemaincrystallographicaxesofaragoniteplatelets.Thetexturestrengthofa-axes(directionparalleltogrowthlines)isalwaysweakerthanthatofb-andc-axes.Observeddifferencesinshapeofthegrowthlinesonthesurfaceofnacreousplatelets,intwinningpercentageaswellasinrateofalignmentofa-andb-axessuggestvariationsinnacregrowthprocessinindividualphylogeneticlineagesoftheClassBivalvia.Thesefactsmayimplynotonlyevolutionarychangesinmicrostructureandcrystallographictextureofthenacrebutalsoinmolecularmechanismsdrivingitsproductionduringthelongmolluscanevolution.
