【 摘 要 】

ThewholeterritoryofBohemiaandMoraviawithonlytwoexceptionswaslocatedintheperiglacialregionduringtheQuaternaryglacialperiods.TheseexceptionswerethenorthernmostpartofBohemiaandthemouthoftheMoravianGatethroughwhichthecontinentalglacierinthepastpenetratedthiscountryandlefttracesintheformofmorainesandinMoraviaalsosedimentsintheoldestCzechlake,Stonava.Onthebasisofpollenanalysis,theorganicsedimentsrecoveredthereweredatedtotheHolsteinianInterglacial(Mindel/Riss).NaturallakesarerareintheCzechRepublic(Černé,Čertovo,Prášilské,Plešné,Laka,Stonava,Komořany,Chrást,StaráBoleslav,Polabskéčernavy,Soos,Měňany,Švarcenberk,andVelanskácesta),sincemostofitsterritoryhasneverbeenglaciated.Asindicatedbynewpalynologicalresearch,thisstatementdoesnotfullyapplytosouthernMoravia,whereanumberoflakesexistedinthepast,e.g.theformerlakesVracov,Čejčské,Kobylské,VacenoviceandVlkoš.ThedepositionoflakesedimentsoccurredmainlyintheHolocene.AccordingtothepresentresearchontheČejčskéLake,thevegetationassemblagesconsistofspecieswithvariousecologicalrequirements.Duetofavorablecircumstances,thissitehasbeenputforwardforprotectionanddesignatedaNaturalMonument.
