【 摘 要 】
Horncanceraccountsfornearly83%oftotaltumorsfoundinIndianZebucattle,whichresultsinchronicsufferingandcausesheavyeconomiclosses.Alternativesplicinghasbeenfrequentlyimplicatedinthevarioustypesofcancerprogression.Utilizingthetranscriptomesequencegeneratedbynextgenerationsequencing,weanalyzedthetranscriptdataforthepresenceofalternativesplicingusingBLATprogramandidentified27alternativelysplicedgenes,ofwhich12splicedvariantsappearedtobethenovelsplicedcandidates.Proteinpredictionofthesenovelsplicedvariantsrevealedthatsplicevariationhascausedeithertruncationofprotein,insertion/deletionofstretchofaminoacidsorformationofuniquecarboxyterminus.TheRT-PCRanalysisconfirmedtheexpressionof8ofthe12novelsplicedvariantsobservedbytranscriptomesequencing.Additionally,alteredsplicing/expressionofthesenovelcandidatesbetweencancerandnormaltissuesrevealedbyqPCRsuggeststheirpotentialinvolvementinthedevelopmentofhorncancer.
